The inclined arm series is suitable for various horizontal injection molding machines ranging from 30 to 160 tons. It is used for removing finished products and sprue from two-plate molds. The clamps can rotate 90 degrees, ensuring fast, efficient, low-vibration, and long service life. The upper and lower arms are available in single-section and double-section types, specifically designed for two-plate molds. Single-function arms are used for clamping sprue, while full-function arms can clamp sprue or simultaneously clamp sprue and remove finished products. The entire machine is made of precision-cast aluminum alloy, combined with CNC precision machining, making it robust, stable, and capable of withstanding high-speed motion with a long service life. The upper and lower arms use imported high-rigidity slide rails. The drawing mechanism uses lightweight, high-rigidity aluminum alloy extruded beams with linear bearings and high-rigidity bearing steel.

The handheld control system can be freely switched between English, and is simple and easy to operate.
